Spencer’s passion and understanding of real estate comes in part, from growing up in a family that was immersed in the industry. Spencer learned the ins and outs of the business through his grandparents who were among the top real estate brokers in the nation and owned West Shell Realty, one of the largest residential real estate firms in the Midwest.

His strong sales and service background includes working for two of the top real estate brokerages in New York City, managing commercial properties, and running a restaurant where he oversaw everything from product inventory to customer service. His well-rounded, client-centric background gives him a natural ability to cater to others and provide the best experience possible. Spencer grew up in Bedford, New York. Spencer attended Miami University where he graduated from The Farmer School of Business with a Bachelor's of Science in Finance. Whether he is working or not, Spencer devotes most of his time to learning new and wonderful things about the city's diverse buildings, neighborhoods, and culture.
